Here’s the first couple of reviews posted on Amazon.com:
A story that truly pulls the reader in and delivers a wild ride. The characters are well thought out and have just enough back stories to pull you in so you’re invested in them. This is a no holds barred journey through the streets of Detroit and the criminal world that could exist right outside your window. A warning that this story is not for the faint of heart but well worth the read if you want a gritty, true to life read that will have you quickly hitting the next button. You’ll discover that not all heroes are unassailable towers of virtue. You’ll also never read a headline again without thinking of the system at work behind the scenes of your city. Because while this is set in Detroit, it could be any city… even yours.
This is one entertaining book! I enjoyed it so much I bought it a couple more times in hopes to keep the author writing more books like this! When is the sequel?
